Our team of educators with the same focus...Providing Quality Care in a Safe Environment.
JoAnna Y. Taylor
Owner, Visionary Director
Children rely on us to assist them in gaining a sense of their own identities, thoughts and the ability to express themselves with words. I am grateful to have been in the Early Childhood Education field for 20 years, and it's my desire to continue to provide a safe environment for them to develop emotionally, physically, and cognitively. My focus is to build a staff that is likeminded in that, giving children the ability to gain autonomy and self awareness will help them get a sense of their own strengths.

I strongly believe that every child deserves a education that is focused on equity and inclusion no matter what gender, creed, religion or background the child is from. My main goal is to provide a learning environment that is safe and centered around the child's interest. I am here to partner with parents within this strong community, by helping to excel each child to be future leaders and innovators.
It is my goal to provide quality personal assistance within the Taylor Made Academy Offices. I strive to be efficient and hard working. I love being in the position of being able to help foster leadership skills in the children at the start of their educational journey.
I am a huge animal lover. I personally have two cats and two rabbits. I also enjoy art and expressing myself through canvas and my hair. I am excited to help the next generation grow. Children motivate me to be a better person as they remind me to be kind, honest, and open minded.
I have a passion for working with young children, and making a difference. I have been working as preschool teacher for the last 9 years. My duties have included implementing curriculum that focuses on building social emotional skills, as well as academically preparing children for Kindergarten. Ensuring a safe environment that encourages curiosity, and keeping children engaged by learning their individual interests and learning styles.I look forward to watching each child blossom.
My role is to provide security and guidance among the children and team members of TMA. I have worked for several years alongside my wife, and then for Kindercare. More recently I enjoyed serving as a bus driver for Fairfield/Suisun Unified School District.
I have been working in the childcare business for over 20+ years starting with my own home daycare, foster care parent, and working in childcare centers. I have worked as a teacher's aide and also in food service. I love preparing nutritious food for the children and staff to enjoy.

Teaching a child something new and watching their minds expand when they understand what they have learned is very rewarding. I love building relationships with the children by listening to them and helping them feel safe. My goal is to help them expand their sense of curiosity, sense of self, and help them gain independence.
As your QRIS Coach, it is my duty and goal to help you develop and provide the absolute best quality program for the families you serve. I have worked in the Early Childhood field for 11 years now and have learned and experienced an abundance of knowledge. Have been an infant and toddler teacher, Site Supervisor at a private Montessori school, Preschool Assistant Director, and State Preschool Teacher for a full inclusion program the serves children with special needs. During my time in these positions I have acquired a substantial amount of qualities that have benefited the programs and communities I have worked and served.
Holding a Masters in Business Administration and having a background in Education grants the opportunity to support Taylor Made Academy in different ways. The belief that children are leaders of tomorrow drives me to encourage and empower them to be the best version of themselves. One of the most important fundamentals of a child's life is the way they learn to form relationships. My goal is to help create an atmosphere in which the positive relationships between staff, children, and families can be felt throughout the environment .

Hidden Jewel of TMA
Virtual Possibilities is an administrative service for those that already have a basic written vision and we bring it to life professionally with marketable presence. It is an enjoyable skill to share with others, especially if it contributes to their purpose. With over 30-years of executive administration experience it seemed practical to provide to others. Sharon believes in the vision of Taylor Made Academy for the diversity and well-being of the kids and supports the success of JoAnna Taylor in the effort to make another footprint in the Solano Region for the benefit of the community.
